This Stained Glass window was created for Shepherd of the Bay Church in Sister Bay, WI. with the help of Mike Zimmerman. Mike is a Glass Master who is currently restoring windows for a company on the East Coast.
The style of glass painting we used for this window is known as "Munich Style" named after the city that popularized it. For this method a precious "hand blown" glass is used that is called a "tint", which means that it is transparent, and relies on the paint to suggest form.
